How do I create my unique referral link?
Simply log into your Cello portal and copy your unique referral link from the gift icon widget. In the same widget you can also enter your payout information (payouts via PayPal or Venmo). Your affiliate link will never expire. Furthermore, there's no time limit for your referees. Even if they become Personal/Plus customers after several months, they'll still be counted as your referral.
How can I best promote my unique referral link on various platforms?
If you're active on platforms like Slack, search for keywords that Cello addresses, such as “SaaS user referrals” or “affiliate programs”. Recommend Cello in relevant threads and share your link. On social media platforms like LinkedIn, X, Slack, and TikTok, post about Cello's benefits and share how it helps in your specific use cases. Include your unique link in posts, videos, or your bio. You can also share the link with friends and family on any platform of your choosing.
How many people can I refer?
There is no limit on referrals - the more you successfully refer, the more you earn! Just share the link with your network to start referring.
How will I receive my payment?
In the referral widget, you can enter your payment information by adding a PayPal or Venmo account where you want to receive the payout. You should receive your payout within a few days of earning the reward. If you have already entered your payment information and still have not received your payout, please reach out to support@cello.so!
Why am I no longer receiving rewards?
If all of your referees cancel their paid plans, you will no longer earn any rewards from their subscriptions. You can always start referring more friends to start earning rewards again.
