Celebrating the Top Go-To-Market Leaders in Software
Behind every breakout Software success story are the Go-To-Market leaders who make growth happen. Yet, while founders and investors are often celebrated, the operators who build and scale revenue rarely get their moment in the spotlight.
That’s why we launched the GTM10 Awards, with Lightspeed Venture Partners — the first-ever global recognition of GTM leaders across Software. Think of it as the Oscars of GTM: curated, credible, and community-driven.
This year’s edition made waves — from the Nasdaq billboard in Times Square to features in TechCrunch and other media — and we’re just getting started.

Why GTM10, Why Now
At Cello, our mission is to equip the next generation of GTM leaders with the right tools and distribution infrastructure for continous growth. Every day, we see how critical GTM functions are to building durable Software businesses.
But while product and capital often dominate headlines, GTM execution is the true multiplier. And in an industry that is changing faster than ever — with new growth channels, AI reshaping workflows, and evolving customer expectations — it’s essential to pause and celebrate the achievements of the leaders driving impact today. The GTM10 Awards are that platform: designed to shine a spotlight on the people shaping the future of Software growth globally.

How It Works
The process is designed to be rigorous and transparent:
1. Nominations | Over 800 global nominations this year. |
2. Jury Evaluation | 20 jury members, a mix of tier-one VC partners and proven GTM operators, evaluated each category, looking at criteria such as impact, innovation, and visibility of their work. |
3. Winners | 50 leaders selected across the 5 categories. |
Notable jury members came from firms like Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia, and a16z, alongside operators from Hubspot and Grammarly.

GTM10 in Numbers
This year alone:
- 806 nominations across 24 countries
- 50 winners across 5 categories
- 117 LinkedIn posts about GTM10
- 33,079 engagements and millions of impressions

The Winners
Among the winners were leaders from Mixpanel, Stripe, Airtable, Braze, Anthropic, Owner.com, and OpenAI — names that define the future of Software.
You can see the full winners list at thegtm10.com/winners.
GTM10 winners were featured in the heart of New York on the Nasdaq billboard in Times Square — a moment that captured the attention of both the GTM community and the broader tech industry.
Insights & Playbooks
One of the most valuable outcomes of GTM10 has been the learnings we’ve gathered from speaking to these leaders. At Cello, we compiled these insights into a set of five GTM Playbooks (one for each category), capturing the strategies, tactics, and lessons from the best operators in the world.
These playbooks are a way to ensure the recognition goes beyond a trophy — they’re about turning collective wisdom into actionable guidance for the entire Software ecosystem.

Content, Coverage & Community
From TechCrunch to other major outlets, GTM10 captured media attention. The momentum spilled over onto LinkedIn, where winners proudly shared their badges, photos with their trophies, and reflections on what it meant to be recognized.
But what really stood out was the community energy. Dozens of winners, jury members, and peers amplified each other’s stories — from photos at the Nasdaq billboard to shots of the trophy sitting proudly on their desks. GTM10 became more than an award: it became a movement that brought GTM leaders together and gave them a shared stage.

Why It Matters
Sponsoring or supporting GTM10 means more than visibility. It’s about:
- Aligning with the best in GTM leadership across the Software space
- Building authentic connections (like our 2025 exclusive GTM dinners in New York and San Francisco that brought together winners, jury members, and sponsors).
- Being part of a trusted, media-recognized platform
For us, it’s proof that the GTM community is ready for its own stage.

What’s Next
This is only the beginning. GTM10 will return as an annual award — bigger, better, and even more global.
With Cello and Lightspeed powering the initiative, GTM10 will continue to spotlight the leaders shaping Software growth worldwide.
If you want to be part of GTM10 2026, whether as a nominee, jury member, or sponsor, we’d love to hear from you.
