Growth NXT: Europe’s leading SaaS growth roadshow

A Roadshow for the People Who Build

GROWTH NXT is Cello’s invite-only roadshow for B2B SaaS growth and GTM leaders across Europe.

Behind every breakout SaaS story are the operators quietly testing, scaling, and sharing what works. GROWTH NXT, powered by Cello, was built to give them a space — small, and designed for real conversation.

From Munich to Berlin, the series traveled across Europe’s major tech hubs — connecting SaaS operators, founders, GTM leaders, and investors through evenings of sharp content, honest discussion, and open debate about what actually works; all with one goal: to strengthen the European GTM ecosystem and community.

Over five editions, GROWTH NXT already brought together 150+ attendees, generated 100,000+ impressions, and created meaningful conversations that sparked collaboration far beyond the event room.

Fireside chat at the Paris edition - Enzo Avigo (June) in conversation with Gaëtan Gachet (former CSO, Algolia) on scaling from startup to €100M ARR.

How It Works

Each edition follows a deliberate format:

  • Curated guest list of 40–50 operators and investors per city.
  • Tight, high-signal agenda with keynotes, panels, and firesides focused on practical insights.
  • 90 minutes of open networking, with food, drinks, and organic connection.
  • Local partners and co-hosts that root each edition in its city’s SaaS ecosystem.

The result: a space that feels less like an event, and more like a gathering full of peers swapping playbooks.

The 2024–2025 Tour

London — Launch Edition (Aug 13, 2024)

Hosted with Dawn Capital, the first GROWTH NXT edition brought together GTM leaders from Meta, DeepL, Algolia, Paddle, and Notion Capital.

Discussions centered on how to design high-performing GTM teams, integrate product-led and sales-led motions, and build repeatable growth processes.

The key takeaway: hybrid models outperform pure motions — PLG, ABM, and partnerships work best when combined under one unified GTM strategy.

Panel discussion at the London launch - James Pringle, Robin Smith, Stefan Bader, and Lucas Lovell on what’s working in growth in 2024.

Paris — The AI Edition (Sep 24, 2024)

At Algolia’s Paris HQ, the conversation focused on how AI is transforming go-to-market, from lead generation to pricing and customer success.

Antoine Moyroud (Lightspeed) opened with a keynote on GTM for AI products, followed by a panel with leaders from Pleo, Yousign, and GitGuardian, and a fireside on Algolia’s journey to €100M ARR with June’s Enzo Avigo.

The consensus: AI is a tool, not a strategy. Real growth still depends on clarity of value, retention, and human relationships.

Amsterdam — Product-Led Growth in Practice (Oct 15, 2024)

Hosted with Personio, the Amsterdam edition gathered GTM operators from Figma, Framer, Semrush, and Zoho for an evening focused on product-led growth in action.

Kate Syuma (GrowthMates) presented Holistic Onboarding in Six Steps, outlining how onboarding shapes activation and retention. The fireside with Framer’s Oscar Carlsson explored how templates, creators, and community have become Framer’s most powerful acquisition loop.

Every conversation circled back to the same truth: great onboarding is great marketing.

Berlin — Partnerships & Community (Nov 19, 2024)

Co-hosted with Pitch at Ahoy Berlin, this edition dug into the evolution of partnerships and community-led growth as core GTM motions.

Two headline panels — Growth in 2025: What’s NXT and How to Leverage Partnerships in Your GTM — featured leaders from HubSpot, Kittl, Kenjo, Pleo, Zendesk, and Aircall. A fireside with Softr’s Mariam Hakobyan capped the night, sharing how organic channels and authentic community engagement drive enterprise growth without heavy spend.

The main learning: partnerships are maturing into a central, measurable growth engine — grounded in enablement, co-marketing, and shared attribution.

Berlin edition fireside - Julius Göllner (ARRtist) and Mariam Hakobyan (Softr) discussing the growth behind Softr’s success.

Munich — ARRtist on Tour × GROWTH NXT (Jul 17, 2025)

The final stop of the tour was a special collaboration: ARRtist on Tour × GROWTH NXT, co-hosted by ARRtist and Cello, with support from Personio, PSG, and Float.

This hybrid format mixed panels, firesides, and a live recording of the ARRtist on AIR podcast, giving attendees a chance to be part of the conversation. Speakers from Userlane, Demodesk, Usercentrics, SIDES, Chaos, and Mozilla joined GTM experts like Alex (MRR Unlocked) and ARRtist’s Julius Göllner to unpack practical frameworks for scaling GTM operations and aligning teams across functions.

The dominant theme: European SaaS companies are focusing on sustainable growth — building stronger foundations, data-driven marketing, and deeper cross-functional collaboration.
